How We Make Money
Referral Fees — Explained
If you choose to work with an agent we recommend and your transaction closes, we may receive a referral fee from the agent's brokerage. This is a standard industry practice.
This referral fee is paid by the agent's brokerage — not by you. It does not increase the commission you pay and does not affect your agent's obligations to you in any way.
If your transaction does not close, we receive nothing. Our incentive is to make a great match — because referral fees only happen when you close a successful transaction with an agent you're happy with.
Michael Sanders is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri and Kansas, and is able to provide referral recommendations and connect clients with qualified agents nationwide and internationally.
